If you provided a valid email address when you placed an order on our website, you should have an email from [email protected] with receipt details, including pricing and an invoice number. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.

If you created a Stylebook customer account, you can look up your past receipts in the “My Orders” section of your customer dashboard. When you click “view order,” you will see the details of your order, as well as the option to print in the upper right of the screen. 

(Occasionally when customers do not receive their receipt emails, it's because they have inadvertently entered an error in their email address. Please verify the email address on your receipt and on your customer account to make sure you receive all your communications.) 

We value your privacy and security, so we never display your complete credit card number.

Your order number, number of units, pricing and shipping costs can be found on the shipping label and the packing slip, if you ordered spiral-bound print AP Stylebooks.

If you do not have your invoice number, please submit a support ticket (https://help.apstylebook.com/support/tickets/new) or phone at 833-249-5020 so we can look up your invoice and send it to you.
