If you ordered a print Stylebook on apstylebook.com and provided a valid email address when you placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email from help@apstylebook.com with a tracking number when your order ships. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder. 

Print book orders are listed as "processing" until our warehouse packs your book and the shipper generates your tracking ID number. Once your order has shipped, your order status changes to "completed."

If you ordered a subscription to one of our digital services and provided a valid email address, we will send you an email with instructions to activate your account. This email is separate from your receipt. Please check your email inbox, including your spam folder.

If your order status shows as "pending," that means:

1) You indicated you would like to pay by check and we are awaiting your check payment. We will complete your order once payment arrives.

2) Your order requires verification for certain discounts. Orders such as this come from members of ACES, PRSA, SPJ, AAJA and RTDNA, or are placed by college bookstores or AP member organizations. Once we verify you qualify for a discount or wholesale price, your order will be processed and released.

You would see the "Pending" order status on your email receipts, PDF receipts and any orders listed in your My Orders (https://store.stylebooks.com/sales/order/history) section of your account dashboard.

If you do not have an email with your tracking number or account activation details, it is possible there is a typo in your email address.
