As an account administrator, you have the ability to add billing contacts who will just receive notifications for when your subscriptions are coming up for renewal. These billing contacts will receive the same notifications that you as an account administrator would receive for upcoming expirations of your AP Stylebook Online, AP StyleGuard, AP Lingofy and AP Style Quizzes subscriptions.

You can add or remove billing contacts by their email address on the "edit account" page in the Account Dashboard here:

If you need to remove a billing contact for your account, please highlight their email address as shown in the screenshot below, delete it and click "UPDATE ACCOUNT."

If you add multiple email addresses, make sure they are comma separated and click "update account" once complete.
