Whether you need to provide us your initial list of IPs to use for access to your concurrent-user license or you want to expand your existing list, please submit a support ticket (https://help.apstylebook.com/support/tickets/new) and include the IP ranges in the ticket along with the custom URL you want the ranges added to. Be sure to include the IP ranges for any VPNs or proxy servers that will be used for access, as well.

For example, tell us you need 200.316.329.1 added to apstylebook.com/yourcustomURL. 

We will verify that you are authorized to make changes to the account before adding any URLs. 

If you are working remotely and need to have your offsite IP address added to the range for access, please submit a support ticket (https://help.apstylebook.com/support/tickets/new) using your business email address that matches the concurrent-user domain. For example, use your @umich.edu work email to request access to your University of Michigan site license. Tell us the custom URL for your license, the IP address you want to include and the error message you get when you attempt to access the custom URL. Access requests will need to be confirmed by your account manager.

We can include home users' IPs for access, however these change frequently and do not often work for extended periods of time.
