AP Stylebook Online individual users cannot share custom entries and notes with other individual user accounts.

If you are interested in sharing a custom stylebook with mulitple users, you should consider a site license, which provides that level of functionality. An account manager can add custom content to a site license subscription and all users on the site license will have access to that custom stylebook. Those custom entries will come up in searches for everyone on that site license.
