Account managers on a Stylebook Online named-user site license can add or remove users via the Manage Users ( section in the Account Dashboard (

Account managers can view the existing seat assignments for subscriptions and reassign access as needed from the manage users page. They can also see which users they've invited to register to join the account but have not yet activated their accounts.

To add a user, an account manager can add an email address and name in the "Add a New Member to your account and assign license permissions" section in the right column, shown above. They can also include an optional note to be included in the email the user will get to create their own account.

To remove an existing user, an account manager can click the "Leave Account" link listed with the user to have that user removed, which makes that subscription seat available to assign to someone else.

Account managers can also use the "Send a Password Reset Email" tool to send a user an email with a link to update their password and regain access.
