An AP Stylebook Online site license must have at least one account manager, but you can add several if you would like to share the responsibilities.

Account managers can add custom entries and notes that all your account's users can see. They can also renew your account, including changing the size and features of your account. This applies to account managers for named-user and concurrent-user site licenses.

Your site license account manager has the ability to add and remove users, and can change a user's permissions from account user to account manager. This functionality is on the "manage users" page in the account dashboard: https://www.apstylebook.com/account/account_members This feature is available to account managers for named-user site licenses.

Account managers for concurrent-user site licenses can assign named users using the same process, but for each named user they assign to a license, one concurrent-user seat becomes unavailable for all other users.

Account users can access digital subscriptions they've been granted access to, but cannot modify the user list or add custom content that is available to everyone.

Below you can see the toggle to change a user's permissions from account user to account manager.
