Usage statistics depend on the kind of AP Stylebook Online site license you have: 

1) Named-user site licenses are the most common. Each user has their own login and password. You can track usage as an account manager of a named-user license by going to the "Manage My Users" section of the Account Dashboard and see the last time each user logged in. You can also see the number of seats still available and whether users have activated their accounts.

2) Concurrent-user site licenses use a custom URL for your access and are controlled via IP range for security. With this option, you can track activity by requesting a usage statistics report for your custom URL generated by Google Analytics.
