Stylebook subscription services are prepaid for one full year. We do offer refunds for orders placed within the first 30 days.
At the end of your year of service, you can decide if you would like to renew -- most of our services offer returning customers a discount so you will get the best rate if you continue your service.
Free trials do not automatically charge at the end of the trial period. You will need to place an order to continue your subscription after the trial. Be sure to sign up for auto renewals to get the lowest rate available for the first year and pay that renewal rate in subsequent years.
If you do nothing, the service will lapse and will not charge you again, unless you signed up for automatic renewal. If you set up your account to keep a credit card on file to get the lowest available rate for your subscription and now you need to cancel, you can cancel auto renewal by going to the "My Products" page in the Account Dashboard and uncheck the "Enable Auto Renewal" button listed with your subscription.
